We are currently booking for the 2026-27 season. Please email contact@champion-productions.com with all booking requests. We will email you back within 3 business days to confirm that the dates you have requested are available. If they are already booked, we will offer you our next available date. Non-refundable deposits are required upon booking to secure choreography dates and music production. No dates will be held until it is received. The deposit will be applied to the total balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the first day of choreography and/or prior to receiving music. Failure to make full payment prior to services beginning will result in cancellation of services and the deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. If a cancellation occurs, all deposits and payments made will be retained.
Our choreographers have requirements that are necessary to ensure great results. Those include at least seven (7) competition-style mats or equivalent safe practice space. If adequate space is not provided, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without refund. The clients are responsible for ensuring athletes maintain appropriate behavior and a positive training environment. If athletes display repeated poor behavior, lack of respect or unsafe conduct, we reserve the right to discontinue services immediately without refund.
With all music booking requests, please include your program name, team name, mascot, colors, coed/all-girl, division, zip code, area code and any other relevant information to help us provide you with the highest quality product.
We will only accept the Champion Productions 8-count sheet, which can be found by clicking the 8-COUNT SHEETS tab above. Please type directly on the sheet and email it to us as soon as possible. Taking pictures of hand-written sheets may result in inaccurate sound effects and/or a delay in music production. If you choose to send a routine video, please ensure that it is the full-length routine with no pauses and that the sound is clear.
Any vocals that are not original, such as licensed songs from our vendor, may be heard in other routines. All custom voiceovers are original and recorded by our vocalists specifically for your team.
Semi-custom mixes are made according to your choreography. These include a team-specific opening voicover, two custom voiceovers and your team name at the end. Song selections and 8-count sheets are due 14 days prior to your confirmed booking date. If you are unable to submit those items, or if you would like to change your booking date, we will do our best to accommodate you. A $50 fee will be applied for date changes within 14 days of the original booking date, along with late submission of routine information, song selections and/or 8-count sheets.
Edits to semi-custom mixes are available for additional fees. Updated 8-count sheets (with the changes highlighted) and/or an updated routine video are required. All payments must be received prior to editing. Edited mixes will be completed within 4 weeks of submission. Rush edits (within 2 weeks) are subject to a $100 fee.
In order to comply with US Federal Copyright law as well as the USA Cheer music rules, we require each client to choose songs from our vendor - www.songsforcheer.com. Please include the song title, artist and section of the routine where you would like each song to be placed.
You will receive your team-specific license in your email when your mix is completed. Mix licenses are non-transferable. Re-licensing for semi-custom mixes can be completed for a $100 fee. Edits and/or add-ons will require additional fees on a case-by-case basis.
Payment for all mixes is due 14 days prior to your confirmed booking date. Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle and checks made payable to Champion Productions & Consulting, LLC.
All mixes will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your booking date. Late submissions of necessary routine information (song selections, 8-count sheets, routine videos, etc.) may result in a delay.
We strive to provide open communication and excellent customer service. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday 9-5 EST. All emails will be answered within 3 business days. Social media messages will be acknowledged, but bookings will only be confirmed if sent via email.
Refunds will not be issued if Champion Productions attempted to rectify the situation within a timely manner, or if we did not receive the routine information (8-count sheets, video, etc.) necessary to complete your mix efficiently. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of your booking date, 50% of your price will be refunded. Failure to comply with our Terms & Conditions will disqualify any client from receiving a refund.
